Full-Synthetic Oil Change:

PERFORMANCE PACKAGE NOTES:

1. Prices shown are for 2000-2003 model TDI’s, & include all parts, installation, & sales tax. For 2004-06 TDI’s – Add $150 for chip-tuning. 1996-98 Models have socketed chips, which you can replace without sending your ECU to us.
2. Ship us your car’s computer, or ECU – we’ll chip it & ship it - the same day we receive it! – Does not apply to 2004-05 model TDI’s, which require 3-5 day turnaround for chip-tuning. All models - Add $35.00 for overnight shipping or Add $15 for 2^nd-Day.
3. Stage IIF provides Maximum Fuel Economy (Adds 5-9mpg), & Good All-Around Power.
4. Cat-Back Exhaust System is aluminized-steel. For stainless cat-back, Add $125.
5. Stage IIP includes Performance Dyno-Tuning & provides Good Power at minimum cost.
6. OEM VW Remanufactured Pump, with Standard VW Parts Warranty, Does not include refundable core charge of $500.

12. All of our VW TDI Parts are Brand New - OEM - Made in Germany - Original Parts. No aftermarket, or cheap stuff, here. We buy Direct - in Volume, & we sell only NEW OEM PARTS, at the lowest prices on the Internet! These PARTS are for the 1.9L ALH motor only.

Our HEAVY-DUTY High-Performance Pistons, shown below, are Made in Germany, include oil-cooled piston domes, and are of a MUCH stronger, beefier, construction than the stock OEM piston. Check out the pictures below & note the differences between our HD Piston and the OEM piston. Our HD pistons feature thicker, stronger skirt areas, a thicker, stronger, dome area, thicker and stronger pin boss areas, and an oil-cooled piston dome, for increased heat dissipation in high load and high EGT (which is common with aftermarket chips and larger injector nozzles) conditions. Our pistons provide increased engine durability in high-performance applications, and increased engine reliability in all applications.
    Our price includes all new HD pistons, a complete set of factory installed piston rings, and new OEM piston pins. Stock Compression Ratio of 19.5:1. For 18.5:1 Compression, Add $250.
